Can I click and collect my order from the store?
Yes, we offer a free Click & Collect service. Simply select 'Store Pickup' at checkout, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready to be collected from our Carharrack location.
What is your return policy for country clothing and footwear?
We accept returns on unused clothing and footwear within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like animal grooming tools may be excluded unless faulty.
Do you offer bulk discounts for farm supplies?
